D3 Bubble Chart Plugin Tweet
Beginning with APEX 5.0, D3 Sunburst, Treemap and Bubble chart plugins with deeper APEX integration are available in the packaged application "Sample Charts".So, in APEX 5.0, the corresponding plugins from apex-plugin are obsolete.
This plugin provides a Bubble Chart based on the D3js framework. Bubble charts allow to visualize two values by bubble sizes and colors and provide a good overview on data distribution. This plugin is based on the bubble chart example by the D3js author Mike Bostock.

Thank you for reporting this ...
one workaround for this would be to make sure that the VALUE column only contains integer values.
The size of the bubbles is being calculated in relation to the other values. So ... as long as the relations stay intact, you can multiply the values by say 10000 or so ...
Nice plugin, looks great. One little issue though. I am not sure this is the right place to report a bug. If not, please let me know.
When the application primary language is Dutch (or probably any language that uses a comma in stead of period for decimals) the bubbles are rendered tiny and unreadable. Re-sizing the window of the browser is a workaround. In the source I see:
"NaN" is changed to a correct number when re-sizing the browser window.
The environment is Apex 5.0.1 and the plugin is copied from the Sample Charts application.
You can reproduce the problem by installing Sample Charts and changing the "Application Properties Globalization Application Primary Language" to Dutch (Netherlands) (nl).
I was recently looking at D3 to represent heterogeneous entity relations (some thing like http://www.stowers.org/stowersreport/maps) but give up, obviously not as smart of patient as you :)-
