Oracle APEX 5 using Oracle 12c
by Peter Smart
on April 26, 2017
When using Oracle Wallet to call https://www.google.com/api/siteverify the path name for the wallet needs to be prefixed with 'file:'.
i.e.
file:c:oracle12cdbsidwallet

Otherwise throws error:
ORA-29273: HTTP request failed
ORA-29248: an unrecognized WRL was used to open a wallet

Skip captcha?
by Josep
on June 30, 2016
Hi,

I have a page with two different forms, each one with a different submit action. I'd like to add captcha for only one of those forms but if I use captcha plugin it makes me confirm captcha for both forms. Is it possible to skip captcha for only one of those forms?

Thanks

Bruno,

Also, you need to go to google site https://www.google.com/recaptcha/intro/index.html and ask for your own reCAPTCHA API keys. The one provided with the plugin is a tesing id provided by google for testing purpose only. You cannot use that key for production as it always returns a verified answer without any challenge.

Regards.
Mohamed.

Hi Bruno,

The plugin calls https://www.google.com site to verify your recaptcha answer. In order to be able to call a secure web service from Oracle you need the appropriate ACL setup and you need to have an Oracle Wallet set. Since the demo application is installed on apex.oracle.com, I do not have the privileges to clear the ACL nor to install the wallet there. Please refer to the plugin instructions for how to create the ACL and the Wallet on you database environment or seek the help of your DBA.

Regards.
Mohamed.
