This plugin enables to stick horizontal scrollbar of a region to the bottom of a page. In other words, whenever region is visible it's horizontal scrollbar is visible as well.

Plugin is based on Ben Alman's jQuery Floating Scrollbar.

Not working for apex version 5.0.1.00.06
I followed these steps mention in the "https://github.com/foobarbaz-pl/apex-plugin-floating-scrollbar".But it is not working.It is showing the following errors

Uncaught ReferenceError: addFloatingScrollbar is not defined
Unable to load resource files jquery.ba-floatingscrollbar.js ,add-floating-scrollbar.js

Should be standard functionality.

Solved the biggest issue my users had with the new universal theme.
Works great with Interactive Reports or standard reports. Just make sure you have the interactive region type template on the interactive region.
